You may cancel your print order at any time before the printing process has started. Once a cancellation request is confirmed for an order that has not yet begun printing, your payment will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Once a print job has started processing at the printer, it cannot be cancelled. This is because print jobs are produced on-demand and materials are committed as soon as printing begins.
If your order is successfully cancelled before printing begins, the amount paid will be refunded within 3-5 business days of the cancellation. For more details, please see our Refund & Return Policy.
